We are owned by Drs Ceri Cashell and Rick Kind, two of our 7 GP strong team. A long-serving colleague has just retired after 40 years caring for this community, leaving an established patient base and immediate demand.
This will suit almost anyone. An experienced GP who fancies a sea change. A doctor early or mid-career looking for somewhere to build a practice worth staying in. We are doctor-owned, not corporate. Your clinical autonomy is genuinely yours. Slow medicine or fast medicine, the list is yours to build the way you want to work.
This practice has been thriving for over 75 years.
We serve the whole village and the surrounding beaches, with the nearest alternative practice a suburb away. Demand consistently outstrips capacity. You will be busy from the start.

Candidate requirements:
- Vocational Registration with AHPRA (FRACGP or equivalent)
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
